Friends of Huggins is thrilled to announce our annual gala: Havana Nights. Mark your calendars and save the date for our fun-filled night, full of festive flare, friends and fundraising!
Friday, March 24th
6:30-11PM

You'll enjoy appetizers, a delicious fajita dinner, full cash bar, custom cigar rolling, silent and live auctions, and live music by one of Texas' favorite bands, The Emotions, plus so much more! Tickets will be $50/per person, with a discounted rate of $25/per person for our valued Huggins teachers and staff. In addition to the items listed above, your ticket will also include a drink ticket for our signature cocktail! (Please note: our cigar rolling experience is first come, first served due to time and supply constraints). Keep an eye out for ticket sales! If half of your heart is in Havana, we know the other half is in Huggins and we cannot wait to celebrate with our Hound families and raise money for precious school!
We will also have a silent and live auction, biddable the night of by the click of a finger on your cell phone. You won’t want to miss the amazing items we have in store!
FOH strives each year to provide our Huggins Hounds with any and every educational advancement that is needed, which might exceed our school’s budget. Gala is one of only two fundraising events we have each year, and is always our most successful, not only because of the proceeds earned for the school’s betterment, but also because it is a night for the parents to come together, get to know one another better and of course have a great time! Last year’s gala was a HUGE success, but we definitely missed getting to see everyone and meeting some new faces.
In years past, FOH has been able to provide amazing field trips, fresh paint and the gorgeous mural in the cafeteria, landscaping and walking paths, new basketball goals and our new and improved marquee sign along Huggins Drive, amongst many other accomplishments.
There are many ways to support Huggins Gala! We have a three-tiered sponsorship opportunity for businesses, as well as the chance to donate items for our auctions. Tickets are $50/person to attend, which gets you a delicious dinner, access to both auctions, and a guaranteed night of fun, filled with all the friends, fun and dancing your feet and heart can handle! Please be on the lookout for ticket sales so you can secure yours and pre-register for the auction so you don’t miss out on sneak peeks and early bidding on select items released during gala week. Pre-registering also helps smooth out the check-in process the night of, as all of your pertinent information is already entered.
We are so thankful for the support of our wonderful parents, teachers, neighbors and local businesses each year! Because of you, our school is the amazing place that it is and we look forward to sharing another fun, successful event with everyone.
